Online recorded gong baths
Over the last year and a half, I have been recording and uploading gong baths online, on Youtube and Soundcloud, for anyone to access for free.
Recorded using a super high-quality professional recording set-up, you can enjoy a relaxing and restorative gong bath at any time - from the comfort of your own home.
Although obviously it’s not the same as being physically present with the gongs and singing bowls, there has been some research carried out by the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) which showed that people listening to recorded gong baths did experience significant therapeutic benefit.
So please have a listen, with good headphones, and please let me know what you think! I’m very interested to hear how you find the online experience compared with “the real thing”. So far hundreds of people have listened in, with lots of positive feedback, including:

Plus a few people have been in touch asking about paying for the online sessions, or making a contribution. While I definitely don’t want my sessions behind a paywall, I would greatly appreciate any contributions people feel they want to make.
