XR Gongs: gong baths as part of Extinction Rebellion

Experience the therapeutic power of gongs....

All you have to do is lie back or sit, relax and enjoy the healing sounds of the four magnificent large gongs, including the huge and powerful 42" Earth Gong.   These "gong baths" will be led by experienced gong player and therapeutic sound worker Cathy Eastburn, of Sarasa Sound.

As part of Extinction Rebellion's International Rebellion starting on 15 April, XR Gongs will happen in one of the XR-occupied sites in Central London, either Parliament Square or Waterloo Bridge (which will become a Garden Bridge for the duration of the Rebellion).  Exact location/s tbc.  Please check the Facebook Event page (search for Sarasa Sound) or the Sarasa Sound Instagram page for updates.  Final exact location/s may not be known until shortly before we start.

The plan is to create beautiful, powerful, positive vibrations not just for those of us present, but sending powerful healing vibrations out into the world around us.  It will be a chance to experience deep relaxation, stillness and calm.

Please come along and enjoy the incredible sounds, and also enjoy other peaceful, positive and creative activities that will be going on all around us as part of the Rebellion.

For more about Extinction Rebellion please visit their website extinctionrebellion.org.uk

Drop-in sessions throughout the afternoon, free and open to all.
